Chef Anthony was born and raised in Cascade, Hanover a small town an hour away from Montego Bay, Jamaica. Growing up in Jamaica, food has always been a central part of Anthony’s family. Family dinners were thought of as a way to express love and connect with family and friends. At the age of seven, Anthony expressed interest in the kitchen and with the help of his grandmother Sista Moble, he began to master his craft of cooking. Soon after, his talent of taking the simplest and freshest ingredients and turning them into succulent dishes was undeniable. At Bono's Caribbean, you can experience a real  authentic taste of Jamaican cuisine that Anthony has compiled and perfected from recipes passed down from his grandmother. 

Chef Anthony has provided catering services in the Richmond area since 2016 but launched his food truck in May 2021 with the help of his mother Marcia and his wife, Cortney. He is renowned for his jerk chicken seasoned with the family’s Signature Jerk Rub and grilled to perfection. He has easily became one of Central Virginia’s favorite food trucks and a staple within the Fulton Richmond community.
